💌 Valve bans game for being too horny
5月 24, 2021

Hello, lovelies!

Yes, it hasn’t been easy these past few weeks for adult game developers. First, we are thrown under the bus by Epic, now Valve can’t make up its mind about whether it wants our games or not. Luckily, there’s always itch.io. Right?

But we must hold strong! They can’t force our hands out of our pants!

If you’re not already subscribed to my weekly newsletter, you can do so here.

Now let’s get into it!

Games too good to talk about 🤫

To celebrate Epic throwing the independent creators on itch.io under the bus during their trial against Apple, those very creators have banded together in a weekend sale. Get 48 naughty games for cheap during the UNSPEAKABLE GAMES SALE! (Emphasis theirs)

Work up an appetite for Voronica Cleans House 😋

A surprise hit on itch.io this week has been Voronica Cleans House, a furry visual novel about a giant bunny with a ferocious appetite. The titular Voronica has been tasked to clear a house of “tinies” the only way she knows how: by eating them.

But you are what you eat and this diet has some unexpected side-effects on her body…

As you might have guessed, this game features a number of kinks: giantess, vore, furry, etc. The demo currently features about an hour of gameplay, with the full game including nine victims to torment, and 125 CGs to discover.

Check Voronica Cleans House out now on itch.io!

And in case you think I would exaggerate its popularity, Voronica Cleans House was the top-selling visual novel on itch.io at the time of writing:

    1. I think that the decision by Valve to ban a game for being too “horny” is a reasonable one, as the game could be deemed inappropriate for a certain audience. It’s important to keep in mind that games should be appropriate for all players, regardless of age or gender.
